Listing agents advertise heavily for many reasons. One of which is find buyers who are not representation by a buyers agent.
If successful, they will earn 2X the commission since they don’t have to share it with a buyers agent.
The downside is that although they will be honest and fair, the Wisconsin law restricts the kind of help they may provide you in making your decision.
SIGNING A BUYERS AGENT CONTRACT
